Deadly pedestrian vehicle strike and shooting on Fairfield Road

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The Richland County Sheriff’s Department received reports of shots fired on Fairfield Road. When deputies arrived on scene they found a deceased individual near the roadway.
