Earthquake felt in the Midlands on Sunday morning

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The U.S. Geological Survey reported another earthquake hit near Lugoff on Sunday. The 2 point 1 magnitude quake centered east of Elgin and happened before 2:30 p.m, according to officials. Earthquake hits near Elgin

ELGIN, S.C. (WOLO) –  The United States Geological Survey reports an earthquake near Elgin on Sunday. Official records say the quake happened at 2:27 p.m. just 3.3 miles east of Elgin.
