Last week, university officials announced that they would require “face coverings to be worn at all times inside all campus buildings, unless you are in your own residence hall room, private office or you are eating inside campus dining facilities.”
Wednesday marks day two in the trial of Nathaniel Rowland, the man accused of kidnapping and killing a University of South Carolina student in 2019. First to testify Wednesday was a turkey hunter who initially found Josephson’s body in Clarendon County. The court also heard from law enforcement who responded to the scene where the body was found.
