North Charleston rail dispute goes to court

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — The state of South Carolina is asking the S.C. Supreme Court to rule in a case that would decide whether the state can build a rail terminal at the old Charleston Naval Base.

Arrest Made in Greenbrier Apartments Robbery

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) -- Richland County deputies have made an arrest in an armed robbery at the Greenbrier Apartments earlier this month. Deputies have charged 23 year old Merellis Dixon, Jr. with armed robbery, kidnapping, and burglary.
