ย The South Carolina House advancedย a billย Wednesday that, if signed into law, would raise the age at which children can make their own medical decisions from 16 to 18.
On Wednesday, South Carolina State University (SCSU) announced via social media and the university's website that SC State President Alexander Conyers will provide an update during an online session at 5 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 19.
