YORK, S.C. (AP) _ A convicted killer from North Carolina who was mistakenly freed from a South Carolina jail while facing drug charges has been recaptured in Texas. York County Sheriff Bruce Bryant said Friday that 31-year-old Thomas Aaron Whitlock had been arrested in Dallas.
