Nine year old struck, killed

Sumter, S.C. (WOLO)-- According to the Sumter Co. Coroner's Office, a 9 year old was crossing Hwy. 378 Wednesday. Officials say Za’Hiar Hammet, died Friday at Palmetto Health Richland. The Highway Patrol is investigating.

Statue of John Lewis makes stop at SC State on its way to DC
