Memorial planned for 25 people who weren't claimed by family

A coroner's office in South Carolina is holding its first public memorial service for people who died but their bodies weren't claimed by family or friends or were too poor to afford a burial. The Lexington County Coroner's Office will honor 25 people at its indigent burial service at 10 a.m.

OCSO looking for woman they say may have information about February shooting

The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office is looking for a person of interest who may have information about a deadly shooting that took place in Febraury 20. That day, deputies say they were called to a Resort Street residence for reports of a drive by shooting. Authorities say they shooting claimed the life of 43-year-old and injured a three-year-old.ย
